Refund policy

Our Commitment At Sanditti, every garment is engineered from the ground up, with strict attention to drape, silhouette, and craftsmanship. However, we understand that finding the perfect fit is essential. If a piece does not completely align with your expectations, our Client Care team is here to facilitate a seamless return or exchange.

The 7-Day Window We accept return and exchange requests within 7 days from the date of delivery. After 7 days have passed, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Conditions for Return To ensure fairness and maintain the pristine quality of our inventory, returned garments must meet the following strict criteria:

  • The item must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered.

  • All original Sanditti tags, labels, and hygiene liners (if applicable) must be fully intact and attached.

  • The garment must be returned in its original packaging.

  • Please note: Garments returned with makeup stains, deodorant/perfume scents, or visible signs of wear will be rejected during our quality check and shipped back to the customer.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Email our team at hello@sanditti.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your Order Number and the reason for the return/exchange.

  2. If requesting an exchange, please specify the new size you require.

  3. Once authorized, we will arrange a reverse pickup from your shipping address. Please hand the securely packaged item to our courier partner.

The Refund Process Once your return is received at our Surat headquarters, our quality control team will inspect the garment.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed immediately.

  • For prepaid orders, the refund will be credited back to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days (depending on your bank).

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, our team will request your bank account or UPI details to transfer the refund. (Note: Any COD convenience fees or expedited shipping charges paid at checkout are non-refundable).

Exchanges We offer one free size exchange per order to ensure you get the perfect fit. Once your original item is picked up and passes the quality check, we will dispatch your new size. If the desired size is out of stock, we will issue a full refund or store credit.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items We maintain rigorous quality control, but if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us at hello@sanditti.com within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Important: We highly recommend taking a continuous unboxing video when opening your Sanditti package. This serves as proof of transit damage or missing items and allows us to resolve the issue for you instantly without delays.

Non-Returnable Items The following items are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Items purchased during a promotional sale or archive clearance.

  • Custom-sized or altered garments.

  • Gift cards.
