Our Dispatch Process Every Sanditti garment is meticulously prepared, undergo strict quality inspection, and is securely packaged at our headquarters in Rajhans Fabrizo, Surat. We aim to process and dispatch all confirmed orders within 1 to 2 business days.

Delivery Timelines Once your package is handed over to our premium logistics partners, delivery typically takes 3 to 5 business days, depending on your exact location within India. While we always strive for expedited delivery, please note that transit times may occasionally be affected by public holidays or unforeseen weather conditions.

Shipping Rates & Cash on Delivery (COD) To provide a seamless shopping experience, we offer the following shipping options:

• Prepaid Orders: We offer complimentary express shipping anywhere in India for all orders paid online via credit card, debit card, UPI, or net banking.

• Cash on Delivery (COD): COD is available across most major pin codes in India. Due to the extra handling required by courier partners, a nominal COD convenience fee of ₹150 is applied at checkout.

Order Tracking As soon as your Sanditti package leaves our facility, you will receive a dispatch confirmation via email and SMS. This message will include your tracking number and a direct link to monitor your shipment's journey in real-time.

The Unboxing Experience We believe the luxury experience extends to the moment your order arrives. Your garments are carefully folded and secured in our signature Sanditti packaging, engineered to protect the integrity, drape, and fabric of your pieces during transit. As noted in our Return Policy, we highly encourage recording a continuous unboxing video upon delivery for your own security.

Address Accuracy Please ensure that your shipping address, including the pin code and a reachable mobile number, is completely accurate at checkout. Sanditti cannot be held responsible for delivery delays, returned shipments, or lost packages resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.

International Shipping At this time, Sanditti exclusively ships within India. We are actively working on expanding our logistics to accommodate our international clientele in the near future.
